It is my pleasure to introduce myself to you!
My name is Antoinette Beckles – Leal and I was born and raised in Curacao. After earning my master’s degree in Business Management & Strategy, I have now accumulated over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong focus on mortgages. During that time, I have held a variety of roles within account management, collections, marketing and communications.
Besides working in finance, I also gained experience in the commercial department of the Curaçao airport and was active as a part-time lecturer in Marketing and Personal Development at the University of Curaçao – something I did with great enthusiasm.
Most may know me from my work at CHB, where I am currently still involved in the transition to APC Bank for a few hours a week.
In my work, I find it important to contribute to a smooth and transparent process for clients, ensure clear communication and actively think along in solutions. My approach is personal, committed and always focused on building strong client relationships.
On a personal level, I am married and the mother of three children: two boys and a girl. In my spare time I enjoy a good margarita (with nachos, of course!) and an extra strong latte – my favorite coffee moment. A fun fact: I like to go to the movies alone, to have some time to myself.
