Our Team
Richard is the businessman, the lead generator, the creative thinker. If it were up to him, we would build and finance everything. He can't do that alone, which is why he has built a wonderful team around him.
Jean Patrick, better known as JP, has been working in Real Estate for several years. With his experience and local knowledge of the island, he is a great addition to our team. JP is co-shareholder of our Brokerage BV.
Erwin is a Dutch certified NVM Realtor. He has his own brokerage office in the Netherlands and brings his knowledge and expertise to provide professionalism to the brokerage department. Erwin is co-shareholder of our Brokerage BV.
Wouter is a technical/construction draftsman and conjures up one beautiful project after another from his magic turbo computer. Always keeping reality and budget in mind. Wouter is employed by Kostabon.
Edwin is the stable factor in the company. He monitors the projects in a professional expert manner and ensures that the construction process runs smoothly. Our tower of strength! He is associated with our company on a project basis.
Rina is our problem solver. She tackles everything and tries to help everyone in good conscience. Sometimes so much so that she can't sleep. That signifies her enormous commitment our the customers. You can always have a coffee and croissant with Rina at her favorite coffee shop.
Ronelies has progressed from an intern to a full member of our team. Always neatly dressed, cheerful and above all accurate. Very little escapes her and she signals the right things at the right times.
Peter is the experienced professional who coordinates and arranges all insurance from his office. He has many years of experience under his belt and has lived on the island for over 20 years. Peter is co-shareholder of the insurance branch.
Avalon supports Peter with the insurances, but beyond that he also takes care of everything. All things that need to be done that are not standard, Avalon does. And everything with a smile on his face.
Esther supports the insurance department and processes the administration with passion and commitment. Nothing escapes her and if someone doesn't take care of something she will. Indispensable to the company.
Michael gradually switches from the mortgage department to supervising home renovations, rentals and management. He does so full of enthusiasm and with his infectious smile.
Pascal is the silent engine, overseeing, controlling and supplementing everything from the Netherlands. Pascal provides clients with tax advice on the Netherlands/Curaçao.
