3 types of housing

The Catharina Gardens home will be built in 3 variants. Because of the appearance, it was thought to always build a larger model (Shimaruku) next to a smaller model (Kayena). During the construction process this was deviated from by mutual agreement on the preference of the buyers.

Shimaruku

This model has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a courtyard garden with an atrium with a 3-story ceiling that extends on one side and has an addition of side windows, and sliding doors from the living room to the backyard. The Shimaruku also has a rooftop terrace that showcases the beauty of the east side of Curaçao.

Kayena corner house

This model features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a courtyard garden with a high atrium and sliding doors from the living room to the backyard.

Kayena middle house

This model features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a courtyard garden with a high atrium and sliding doors from the living room to the backyard.
